Our services

Elisabetta speaks fluent English, French and German and is happy to welcome into her home all foreign Guests who choose the Villa for their stay.
The bedrooms are all fully equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wireless Internet Access, Mini Bar and can all be reach by elevator.
Breakfast, which is included in the price, is served from 8:00 onwards in a lovely frescoed room with fireplace overlooking the park. Guests needing breakfast earlier just need to give us sufficient notice and we’ll be happy to accommodate them.
From May to September Guests will be welcome to stay in the Veranda or drink a nice glass of perfectly chilled Prosecco under the walnut tree in front of the House.
Bicycles are at the Guests’ disposal for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful chestnut and oak woods surrounding Appiano Gentile or maybe even cycle to the “La Pinetina” Sports Club where tennis courts and an Olympic-size swimming pool are encircled by rolling green hills and ancient woods.

A shuttle service can be organized, by prior arrangement, to and from Saronno Railway Station where the Malpensa Express Train Service between Malpensa International Airport and Milan makes a scheduled stop in both directions.

BUSINESS
We can host small and very confidential business meetings which can be complimented by a high class catering refined in both service and the personalised choice of dishes superbly prepared by our chefs.

GOLF & FOOD PACKAGES
We are in the process of organizing exclusive packages for our Golfer Guests. These would include Green Fees, lunch in the refined Golf Club Restaurant of some the best Clubs in the area, such as Pinetina Golf Club, Monticello Golf Club and Carimate Golf Club, three dinners in the superb and deservedly renowned local Restaurants and a Tour of Lake Como from the water.
